To enter the prize competition:
a) You must sign in to your Spinnup account and upload one new track (in the same way you would upload any other Spinnup track if you are an existing Spinnup user)
b) The Promoter will then review your track, which can take up to 3 days. You always own all rights in and to your sound recordings.
To enter the prize competition entrants must have a mobile phone or other wireless or electronic device that supports internet access. Normal internet access and data usage charges imposed by your carrier or online service will apply.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint or multiple submissions are not allowed and will not be considered.
How you will be judged
The Promoter’s A&R team will judge all tracks submitted to the prize competition. A maximum of 15 tracks will be shortlisted based on the following criteria:
a) production quality of the track
b) musical and composition creativity
Shortlisted applicants will be emailed by the Promoter before 12:00 AM GMT on 20th September 2019. All shortlisted applicants must then:
a) submit a valid and working YouTube link of you performing live
b) confirm you will be available to travel to Wild Paths Festival in Norwich to perform in front of a live audience on 18th October 2019
c) submit a setlist of 4 original songs which you would like to perform (you will not be able to perform any covers so make sure your song is original)
3 winners will then be chosen from those shortlisted applicants that are eligible and have complied with the steps at clause 13 above.
This is a prize competition for 3 winners to each win 1 of the following packages:
- a performance slot at Wild Paths Festival (timing and duration to be at Promoter’s discretion)
- free distribution with Spinnup for one year
- a selection of free images and videography of you performing at Wild Paths
- a ticket to Wild Paths Festival (Norwich, 18th October to 20th October 2019)
If you are unable to attend the date of the Festival, sadly the Promoter will need to choose another winner.
All winners will be required to arrange their own transport and accommodation to and from the Festival. The Promoter will reimburse you for up to £25 travel expenses subject to receipt of valid invoices.
NO INSTRUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED- ALL WINNERS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN INSTRUMENTS. If you require any performers, band members, or backline you will need to provide and arrange this at your own cost.
The winners will be notified by Promoter via email before 23:59 GMT on 27th September 2019 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner of the prize competition does not respond to the Promotor within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Please allow for 14 working days for delivery of the prize.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize competition is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.
There is no cash alternative for the prize and it cannot be exchanged or transferred.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The winner hereby grants all necessary consents and waivers to enable Promoter to film or record your performance and exploit the same in any media without liability to you.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails firstname.lastname@example.org within one month after the closing date stated in Clause 4. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at email@example.com.
